Dale Leigh Asks: I am planning to buy a new house in coming months. I want to sell the house which I am presently living in and then use the money to acquire a better property. Please tell me when I will be able to do that and will my debt burden also increase as a result. Or, is it really advisable for me to buy a new house. Thanks!
