A 'Kundali' is the Jyotish term for a horoscope. This term is widely used instead of the term 'Horoscope' by the practitioners of Jyotish in India. The term 'Kundali' mean a 'Spiral' in Sanskrit. It can also be understood as a chakra or a wheel. A spiral denotes movement.
